1. Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within Australia only. All prices and shipping charges are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD).
2. Processing & dispatch time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being received (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. During launch periods, sale events or peak times, processing may take slightly longer — we’ll let you know if there’s a significant delay.
3. Delivery timeframes
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times within Australia are:
- Metro areas: 3–5 business days
- Regional & remote areas: 5–7 business days
These are estimates provided by our carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery times are calculated from the dispatch date, not the order date.
4. Shipping costs
- Free shipping on all orders of 2 bottles or more.
- Single-bottle orders are charged a flat shipping fee, calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
The exact shipping cost (if any) is always displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.
5. Order tracking
Where tracking is available, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
6. Delivery delays
Once an order leaves our facility, delivery is handled by our carrier and is outside our direct control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@thewandergut.com and we’ll do our best to help.
7. Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed, you may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
8. Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or if your tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days at hello@thewandergut.com with your order number and, where possible, photos. We’ll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
9. Storage on arrival
Wander Gut is travel-stable and does not require refrigeration. On arrival, store it out of direct heat and sunlight with the lid sealed.
