Before you write
Two things get you a faster answer: the order number from your confirmation email, and the email address you used at checkout. If a parcel is late, add the tracking number. If something arrived damaged, a photo of the bottle and the box is all we need.
Orders and delivery
Orders placed before 3pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day, and everything after that goes out the next business day. Delivery is 3-5 business days anywhere in Australia, and we ship within Australia only. Tracking details arrive by email once the parcel is on its way, and can take 24-48 hours to update after dispatch. The full detail is in the shipping policy.
Returns and refunds
Changed your mind? Unopened, sealed bottles can come back within 30 days of delivery. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items should be reported within 7 days, with your order number and a photo, and we will replace or refund them at no cost to you. Please email before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and give you the return address. Approved refunds go to your original payment method and take 5-10 business days to show, depending on your bank. Full terms are in the refund and returns policy.
Changing or cancelling an order
We can change or cancel an order only while it has not been dispatched, and because we process orders quickly, that window is short. Email us the moment you spot a problem with the address or the pack size and we will do what we can.
Privacy requests
To access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop marketing email, write to the same address. How we handle your data is set out in the privacy policy.
